Orders are processed on business days after payment is verified. Most products are custom-made, so allow time for production before dispatch.
Delivery typically takes 14 days within South Africa via Aramex or The Courier Guy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We're not liable for delays caused by weather, high volumes, public holidays, industrial action, remote locations, or courier partner issues. However, we'll help track parcels and resolve delivery problems.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses resulting in returns will incur additional shipping costs.
For damaged or lost parcels, contact us immediately at inthecotton@gmail.com (1–3 business day response time) and we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
